Corporate Well-Being
Evidence-based well-being and mental health support for the modern workplace. We help organisations move beyond one-off perks to something that actually changes how people feel and perform, combining behavioural science, clinical support and, where it fits, digitally-enhanced tools.
What we deliver
Healthy organisations are built by healthy people.
An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides employees with confidential access to professional support for personal, psychological, and work-related challenges. By offering timely, evidence-based guidance, organisations can help employees address difficulties early before they impact well-being, performance, or long-term health.

Individual psychotherapy and coaching
Confidential one-to-one support for individual employees, alongside the wider organisational programme.
Employee assessments
Structured assessments that surface where well-being support will make the most difference.
AI & digital well-being
Support in treating techno-stress at work and promoting AI adoption.

Mental Health Awareness Month
During Mental Health Awareness Month in May 2024, Dr. Ali Fenwick delivered a keynote presentation for the World Bank exploring how workplace dynamics can directly affect mental health and well-being at work.
Using the Red Flags Green Flags® framework, the keynote presentation highlighted the importance of mental health programmes at work and helped employees identify observable healthy and unhealthy behaviours in workplace relationships, understand their impact and learn practical ways to address harmful patterns while strengthening the behaviours that support trust, psychological safety and healthier collaboration.

AI and Digital Well-Being
Rakuten New Year Seminar
Dr. Ali Fenwick was invited to be the annual keynote speaker during Rakuten’s 2026 New Year Seminar in Tokyo, Japan. The keynote presentation explored the importance of digital well-being and human-centric AI, showcasing how our interactions with AI and algorithms can shape the way we think, feel and behave, and how organisations can create digital experiences that elevate human potential and support well-being. The presentation was watched by 20,000 people online and in person.
Dr. Fenwick later worked with Rakuten on how to apply human-centric approaches to AI chatbot design and how to use behavioural psychology and clinical techniques to improve AI adoption at work and create digital experiences that can enhance human well-being and capabilities.

Did you know?
Creating a successful mental health strategy takes more than good intentions.
Workplace mental health activities can make a meaningful difference, but they can also miss the mark or even backfire when they are introduced without the right context, safeguards or follow-through.
A thoughtful, well-rounded approach considers your people, culture, leadership, existing pressures and pathways to appropriate support. Dr. Fenwick and his team can help your organisation choose and implement the right approach with care.
How we work
From conversation to measurable change.
Discover
Every organisation is different, so we begin with a conversation, not a proposal. We take the time to understand your people, your culture, the pressures your teams are under, and what success would actually look like for you, so the programme that follows fits your organisation rather than a generic template.

Outcomes for your organisation
Well-being improvements you can feel and measure.
The changes that matter most aren’t always the ones on a dashboard. Here’s what organisations typically notice, in their people and, where it’s tracked, in their numbers.
Lower burnout
Spot the early signals and build habits that protect energy before people break.
Stronger managers
Equip leaders to hold difficult conversations and support their teams with confidence.
A healthier culture
Normalise well-being, reduce stigma, and make support something people actually use.
Better retention
People stay and show up more engaged where they feel supported.
Real behaviour change
Grounded in behavioural science, so people leave with things they can actually do.
Evidence you can report
Where appropriate, engagement and outcomes are tracked so you can show the impact.
The Payback on Well-Being Support at Work
For every €1 invested in scaling up mental health support, the World Health Organization reports a return of approximately €4 through improved health and ability to work. WHO, 2016.

Questions organisations ask
Clear answers on scope, delivery and impact.
Can you tailor a programme to our organisation?
Yes, every engagement is shaped around your goals, sector and culture. We start by understanding what you need, then design the right mix of webinars, training and support.
Do you deliver online, in person, or both?
Both. Sessions are delivered online to teams worldwide and in person in Ireland, depending on what best fits your people and setup. In-person corporate well-being support in other countries is also available upon request.
How do you measure impact?
Where appropriate, we agree success measures up front and track engagement and outcomes, so well-being becomes something you can actually report on.
Can this include one-to-one support for individuals?
Yes. Our programmes can include confidential one-to-one support and pathways to professional help, providing employees with a private space away from the organisation to discuss personal or work-related concerns with a qualified professional.
How do we get started?
Get in touch to tell us a little about your organisation, your people and what you would like to achieve. We’ll explore your needs together and develop a tailored well-being solution and proposal.
What kind of organisations do you work with?
From fast-growing startups to established organisations, programmes are shaped around your context, your goals and your culture, delivered online worldwide, or in person in Ireland.
Who typically brings you in?
Most often People, HR and well-being teams, alongside leadership and management groups who want to invest in how their people feel and perform.
Do you work with high-pressure or fast-growing teams?
Yes. Many of our engagements are with high-pressure or high-growth teams, and with teams navigating change or crisis, where support matters most.
Is this only for organisations already in crisis?
Not at all. Just as many organisations bring us in simply because they’re building a culture of care, well ahead of any crisis.
