Why partnerships matter

Building an integrated international network.

Human Behavior, Well-Being and Technology WELL-BEING HUMAN BEHAVIOR TECHNOLOGY

Dr. Fenwick’s psychotherapy practice forms part of the Dr. Fenwick Lab for Human Behavior & Technology, a human well-being and behavioural science company bringing together mental health support, workplace well-being, research and technology to help people, organisations and communities flourish in a rapidly changing world.

Our approach brings together psychotherapy, behavioural psychology, organisational behaviour and responsible technology to address human well-being at every level. We believe that healthy people create healthy organisations, and healthy organisations enable people to thrive. Rather than treating mental health, workplace performance and technology as separate challenges, we recognise that they are deeply interconnected in today’s era.

Our vision extends beyond a traditional practice. We are building an international network of trusted clinical partners, behavioural specialists and well-being professionals who share a commitment to evidence-based, ethical and human-centred care. By bringing together internationally recognised behavioural science expertise and trusted local clinical expertise through our partners, we aim to provide high-quality, culturally informed support while respecting the professional, ethical and regulatory standards of each region.

Our mission is simple: to advance human well-being through science, care and responsible innovation, ensuring that people remain at the centre of progress in an increasingly complex and AI-driven world.

Through trusted local partnerships, we help individuals and organisations access high-quality support delivered within each partner’s own professional and regulatory framework.
