Dr Ali Fenwick, Ph.D.

I am a psychotherapist, behavioural psychologist, and Professor of Organisational Behaviour with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and organisations understand human behaviour and create meaningful change. My work spans psychotherapy, academia, organisational consulting, and leadership development, giving me a unique perspective on how people grow, adapt, and thrive.

I specialise in the science of human behaviour and well-being, helping clients understand not only what they are experiencing, but why they are experiencing it, and how lasting change is created. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we explore the underlying patterns, beliefs, emotions, behaviours, and life experiences that contribute to your difficulties, so that change reaches the root, not just the surface.

People come to me for a therapeutic space that is warm, compassionate, and genuinely safe, while remaining grounded in psychological science. My approach is holistic in how it understands you, evidence-based in the interventions it uses, and responsive to the realities of the complex, fast-changing, and increasingly digital world we all live in.
